Administration

The County Administrator’s Office is the highest level management office in Orange County Government.  Julie G. Summs, County Administrator, directs and supervises day-to-day operations of all County departments and agencies which are under the direct control of the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to County ordinances and regulations.  The County Administrator’s Office provides information and assistance to the citizens of Orange County and administrative support to the Board of Supervisors.  In this capacity, the County Administrator’s Office is responsible for the preparation of Board meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence and the execution of all resolutions and orders of the Board.
