NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the regular meetings of the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Authority of Orange County, Virginia will be held in the Gordon Building, 112 West Main Street, Orange, Virginia, at 7:00 PM, in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, unless otherwise stated, on the following dates:

July 9, 2009

August 11, 2009 (proposed joint meeting with Board of Supervisors, during their dinner break)
