  1. OCPR Introduction to Tai Chi

    September 16, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM @ Dogwood Village Senior Living Building Wellness Room

    Our popular Tai Chi program has been revisited and redesigned to allow for more definitive progression through the form. Starting September 16, join us and start to experience the many benefits of regular Tai Chi practice. This first session will be 8 weeks long, with class meeting on Tuesday mornings 10-11am at Dogwood Village's Wellness Room.

  2. OCPR Intermediate Tai Chi

    September 18, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Dogwood Village Senior Living Building Wellness Room

    Our popular Tai Chi program has been revisited and redesigned to allow for more definitive progression through the form(Cheng Man Ching’s simplified Tai Chi Ch’uan, 37 posture form). For students of our previous programs who are ready to advance, and those with signifcant Tai Chi experience, this intermediate session will build upon the material learned in the introduction sesions.

  3. 3rd Annual Liberty Ride

    September 20, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM @ James Madison's Montpelier

    The Liberty Ride is a fundraiser for the Orange County Parks & Recreation Foundation, a 501(c)3 Organization whose mission is to help support the future of Orange County Parks & Recreation. Please note that the route has changed from last year and the year before, offering a new experience for riders. Riders must provide their own horses and equipment. This event occurs in conjunction with Montpelier's Constitution Day and the Taste of Freedom Wine Festival hosted by the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. Supported by the Virginia Horse Council.
