  1. OCPR After School Basketball Clinics at GBES (Grades K-2)

    October 15, 3:15 PM - 4:15 PM @ Gordon-Barbour Elementary School

    OCPR is offering after school basketball clinics at GBES for kids in grades K-5 (two age groups: K-2 and 3-5). These clinics will help teach the fundamentals of the game, keep kids active, and allow for some pre-season practice. Clinics will be held after school once-a-week on either Tuesdays (K-2) or Thursdays (3-5) September 24 through October 17 (3:15-4:15pm each class), for a total of 4 classes. Pre-registration is required. Register by 9/16/19. The registration fee is $40. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged a $5 late fee. Space is limited, and the program may close before the deadline if full.

  2. OCPR Fall Acoustic Guitar Lessons - Youth Class

    October 15, 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM @ Sedwick Building Upstairs Conference Room

    OCPR is offering youth acoustic guitar lessons! Classes will be held in the Sedwick Building upstairs conference room (this is the same building as the OCPR office and the Orange Public Library) on Tuesdays, Sept. 17-Nov. 5, 2019. Classes will be held from 5:30-6:15pm. The registration fee is $80. Students should provide their own guitar, but other materials will be provided. Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Registrations received after the 9/13/19 deadline will be charged a $10 late fee. An adult class is also available.

  3. OCPR Tai Chi Fundamentals Fall Session CANCELLED

    October 15, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Dogwood Village Senior Living Wellness Room

    OCPR’s next Tai Chi Fundamentals Session begins October 15, 2019 and will continue for 8 weeks of classes, ending on December 17, 2019 (with no class on November 5 or December 3). Have fun learning this graceful, slow moving form of exercise that has ancient roots tracing back into the depths of Chinese culture and philosophy of centuries past. Classes are held at Dogwood Village in the Senior Living Building Wellness Room on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Signups for our ongoing Tai Chi programs are accepted at any time during a program. The registration fee for this program is $95. Open to adults. You can sign up anytime, but you must register before attending.
