Orange County to Assist in Community Health Needs Assessment

In collaboration with Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center, the County of Orange is requesting its citizens participate in a community health needs assessment.

By taking the survey, citizens will help Novant Health and Orange County learn more about the health and quality of life in Orange and surrounding counties. The results of the survey will be used to assist in addressing the major health and community issues in the area. The survey, which is available online or on paper, will:

·         Identify current health issues in the surrounding communities;

·         Determine trends in demographics related to healthcare; and

·         Improve and strengthen the programs and services Novant Health provides in Orange and surrounding counties.

The feedback of Orange County’s citizens is invaluable in helping Novant Health shape the future of healthcare in the surrounding communities. The information received will be used to collaboratively address the most urgent needs. Novant Health appreciates the time taken by all those who complete the brief survey.

To complete the survey online, visit https://www.research.net/r/CulpeperCHNA.  A paper copy can be obtained at the Orange County Administrator’s Office, located at 112 West Main Street, Orange, Virginia. The survey has a completion deadline of July 28, 2017.
