Unless otherwise indicated or unless relocated by the Board, agenda items will be taken in order.  The Board reserves the right to remove, add, and/or relocate agenda items as necessary.  The public comment period will begin at 7:00 p.m., and may be continued after any public hearings, if necessary.  In order to provide sufficient opportunity for all citizens with a concern, a three minute time limit will be imposed by the Chairman.  Speakers may not cede their time to another speaker.  Public Hearings will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m., as advertised.   A time limit may be imposed by the Chairman.  Anyone wishing to address the Board during public comment or during the public hearings must sign in on the forms that are located on the table outside of the Board Room.  Forms should be submitted to the Chief Deputy Clerk, and speakers will be called in order.
