OCPR’s next Tai Chi Fundamentals Session begins Jan. 8 and will continue for 8 weeks of classes, ending on Mar. 5 (no class on Feb. 12). Have fun learning this graceful, slow moving form of exercise that has ancient roots tracing back into the depths of Chinese culture and philosophy of centuries past. Classes are held at Dogwood Village in the Senior Living Building Wellness Room on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Signups for our ongoing Tai Chi programs are accepted at any time during a program. The registration fee for this program is $95. Open to adults. You can sign up anytime, but you must register before attending.
