The County of Orange allows certain departments to make small purchases up to $1,000. This method enables the departments to receive necessary supplies faster and with less paperwork. The County of Orange requires an itemized receipt from the supplier for all purchases made in this manner.

How do I get my company on the Vendor’s list?

Any company that would like to be placed on the County's Vendor List must complete and mail a Bidder's Application to County of Orange, Finance Department, P.O. Box 111, 112 West Main Street, 2nd Floor, Orange, VA 22960. You can print an application form from this website under Procurement.
