Payment Policy

The county policy is to issue payment within 30 days of receipt of accurate invoice or receipt of goods or services whichever is later.

Upon delivery of requested goods or services, the vendor should submit an itemized invoice complete with:

• the invoice number
  
  
• county issued purchase order number (if applicable)
  
  
• ship to address and
  
  
• the name of the person who placed the order to:
