Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for standard HR functions such as pay, benefits, recruitment, retention, performance evaluation, safety and accident reporting, disciplinary actions, and records management. Additionally, it manages the County’s property and liability insurance programs, overtime management, benefits for volunteer fire and rescue organizations, and volunteer recognition.
