Summary
This is a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance which would reduce the building setback requirement from Route 3 for abutting lots within the Lake of the Woods subdivision.
Planning Commission
A public hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled for April 6, 2023. The meeting agenda (which will include the staff report for the application) will be available in the Agenda Center when published.
