This is a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to allow increased building heights via the "alternative form" provisions of the Planned Development Mixed-Use (PDM) district.
Planning Commission
A public hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled for April 6, 2023. The meeting agenda (which will include the background memo for the proposal) will be available in the Agenda Center when published.
