This is a collection of proposed amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance which alter requirements for agricultural subdivisions, remove requirements related to waterbodies and waterways, alter lot shape requirements, alter lot orientation requirements for common plan subdivisions, clarify frontage requirements for pipestem lots, and increase from 2 to 3 the threshold for when public roads are required for nonresidential subdivisions.
A public hearing before the Planning Commission was held on June 1, 2023. They voted to recommend denial to the Board of Supervisors. Materials related to this proposal are available in the Agenda Center under STA 23-01.
