Summary

This is an application for a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a commercial recreational use to be located at 13253 Winter Lane in Unionville (tax parcel 49-53B). Specifically, the proposed use is to host regular mud bogging events on the property throughout the year. An SUP is required pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Sec. 70-303.

Planning Commission

A public hearing before the Planning Commission was scheduled for June 1, 2023 but deferred until June 22, 2023. Materials related to this application are available in the Agenda Center under SUP 23-02.
