This is an application to amend the proffers approved with the Signature Station rezoning (REZ 20-01). Signature Station is an approved mixed-use development located adjacent to the intersection of Route 3 and Route 708 (Somerset Ridge Rd) in Locust Grove (Tax Parcel 4-3). The Planned Development Mixed-Use (PDM) zoning requires the developer to set the signage standards and requirements for the development via development standards that are approved with the application. The developer desires to amend the currently-approved proffers to include additional standards and requirements for signs within Signature Station.
A public hearing is scheduled before the Planning Commission during their March 7, 2024 meeting. Public hearing materials, including the staff report, will be available in the Agenda Center under the application number when published.
