Resisting Aggression with Defense

RAD which stands for Resisting Aggression with Defense, is a unique safety program that caters to seniors who want to take charge of their lives. The world we live in today is filled with dangers that target our senior citizens. RAD has addressed those dangers and created a program designed to give seniors back their lives, with confidence and skills to face everyday challenges.

It's not a physical education class or self-defense, and it's not boring lectures, but some will tell you that after completing the program they feel better physically and mentally. RAD teaches seniors about real-life situations such as fraud, scams, home invasions, physical attacks, medication theft, and many other issues that seniors encounters. RAD also teaches physical defense, but it is based on seniors' needs such as balance and lack of mobility, and classes are held during the daylight hours in order to assist seniors who do not travel at night.
