Section 14-97 of the Orange County Code of Ordinances requires that any person staging, promoting or conducting a musical or entertainment festival and the owner of the real estate upon which a festival is to be conducted shall jointly make an application for an Outdoor Music Festival Permit (Entertainment Permit), and shall be jointly responsible for compliance with the provisions of the Code.
Applications for an Outdoor Music Festival Permit are processed by the County Administrator's Office and must be submitted at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the proposed festival. Please allow two (2) weeks for review and approval.
No musical or entertainment festival shall be staged, promoted, or conducted in the unincorporated areas of the County unless an Entertainment Permit has been obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Code.
