The Orange County Epidemic Intelligence Council, or EpIC, is a group of County departments, County businesses/organizations, concerned citizens, etc. that have come together to discuss and address, the opioid issue in Orange County. Meetings are generally held in the Orange County Airport conference room on the third Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact Orange DSS Director, Crystal Hale, at (540) 672-1155.
