How can I use the Library's meeting room?
We offer a public meeting room at each branch. Our meeting room policy is available by contacting the Library.

Use is free of charge. However, Library events have priority over other meeting room uses.

Repeat usage may be refused in order to allow access to all groups.

A copy of the meeting room form must be submitted to the library branch where you are seeking to use the meeting room and approved in advance by the branch manager. We also have a brief form for on the spot use of the room when it is available.
