Where are manufactured homes allowed?
Manufactured homes are permitted on any lot within the Agricultural (A) zoning district, including manufactured home parks, and follow the same permitting requirements for site-built homes. In addition, the HUD number, serial number, year, make, and model of the home will be needed. Homes built prior to adoption of the federal HUD code (prior to June 15, 1976) are not allowed due to them not meeting minimum standards for housing.
