What do I need to do to register myself or my child for a program?
You will need to complete and turn in a registration form. The registration will not be validated unless payment has been completed. A signed waiver will also be required. This waiver can be provided to you after the registration form has been received. You may also need to complete other forms for certain programs. When completing a registration form, it is very important that you provide at a minimum either two (2) phone numbers or a phone number and an email address. We need to be able to contact you regarding registration questions and to keep you up to date if there is a change in one (1) of our programs.Registration Form
