How do I apply for a "dump permit" for permission to use Orange County's collection sites and Landfill?
You may apply for a dump permit by filling out the Orange County Permission to Dump Form and submitting it to the Administration Office via fax, email, U. S. Mail Service, or hand delivery. Please allow two (2) weeks for review and approval. Please use the link below to access the Orange County Permission to Dump Form in PDF format, which must be printed, filled out, and submitted.

Dump permits allow users to utilize the collection sites and the Landfill when they are Orange County property owners, but may not have their vehicles registered in the County or may not have their primary residence in the County. The permits are valid for one (1) year and must be renewed each year in order to continue use. There are no costs associated with obtaining a dump permit.
