Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. At Orange County Parks & Recreation, we have partnered with Atha Yoga and The Arts Center in Orange to offer this seniors-only yoga program. Participants must be 50 or older.
